Privacy policy

What data we process

If you write to us via the contact form or send an enquiry about an artwork, we process your name, e-mail address and message. For an artwork enquiry we also record which artwork it concerns.

We use this data only to reply to you and to arrange a possible sale or meeting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with you and, where you enquire about an artwork, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and for no longer than 2 years unless the exchange becomes an order or a contract.

The message is delivered by e-mail and stored in the website administration. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies so the site can work (language, session, stored cookie consent).

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are stored only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

If you consent, Google may process data about your visit (for example a truncated IP address, device type, pages viewed). Google may process this data outside the EU. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
